U.S. Embassy Yerevan employees, the Marine Security Guard Detachment, expatriates, and local Armenians are coming together on August 10, 2008 to participate in an Olympic distance triathlon (1.5km swim, 40km bike ride, 10km run) in and around Lake Sevan in Armenia, to raise money for the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund. Some will complete the entire event on their own, some will participate in teams, and many others will volunteer - all will show their support for our wounded.
